Spotless and location and views were lovely . The pools were amazing and we were right on the beach

The food is little bit poor.maybe you need to show the cypriot hospitality with an old woman to cook some local dishes or sweets.traditional.

The food was excellent, we had an all inclusive package but we were using just breakfast and dinner, The staff is incredibly kind, big kudos to reception staff. The room on the 4th floor had a great view to the sea
The policy of not being able to use sunbeds near the pool before 8AM (it was stated on the warning paper that you are not allowed to prebook them with towels, but not that you are not allowed to use them at all). There were comments on booking about cockroaches and this was true, but only on the ground floor, and outside

Nice food (quality and selection), Large room, hot shower water. Nicely looking reception.
Even though the hotel is new, our room already had some cosmetic damage, public sauna was broken, and we were offered a paid sauna for 15 euros per person. In the corridor, there was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke; the staff were usually cold and not welcoming. Even with an all-inclusive package, you have to pay for drinkable water at the bar ( during breakfast/lunch/dinner, it is included). In the room, we had only 1 litre bottle for 2 people a day. Wine selection in all-inclusive package was limited to the worst wine you can find in Cyprus. Some areas of the hotel were not tidy and clean. Not the hotel we want to come back to.
