Location is amazing, the food is excellent. Our accommodation was spacious and facilities were great. Staff very friendly too.
We paid a considerable amount of money for our stay - which is fine- but the hotel itself wouldn’t accept any drinks being written on to our room for payment later. Everything needed to be paid at the time of ordering. I felt that was a little ridiculous. Considering the price we paid to stay in our bungalow suite, did the hotel believe we would run away from a €12.50 drinks bill?

I received an upgrade to a beach cabana and it was fantastic! My room was 20metres from the beach. The breakfasts were also excellent. The staff at the beach restaurant were also very friendly.
The beach loungers get booked by people from very early and it gets very very busy.

The room was clean, and the housekeeping service was very good.
The view from our sea-view room was nice.
The breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety; the staff refilled quickly and were very polite.
We really liked the country woman singing at night, with a special voice.
Also, we were very happy, and extra credit to the pool bar crew.
Mrs Georgia, Vasilis, Ms Maria the kitchen lady, and the trainees were very pleasant, helpful, and eager to serve us every day at the pool. Most of the days were spent in the pool bar drinking, eating, and speaking with them; it was a pleasure meeting them.
Big credit to the management that you are still hiring local Greek-speaking employees; unusual nowadays for Cyprus hotels. You should try to keep them and give them a raise.
It's very important to be able to speak the native language; most hotels have foreigners that they dont even speak good English and not having good behavior towards customers.
The bathroom and shower were a little bit small; also, the shampoo holder in the bathroom is very dangerous. I scratched my head while bending, and it was bleeding. Thankfully, it was a small scratch.
The beach and pool were reserved with towels from 7 to 8 a.m. A problem that exists in many hotels but many hotels the pool boys take the towels if no customers appear. It was a big problem since all beds were reserved and we couldn't find any beds.

מלון מצויין במיקום מעולה לא רחוק מהמרכז ובזכות זה שקט בסביבה שלו עם חוף ים יפה ונוח. המלון נקי ומרווח ולא מרגיש עמוס בשום שלב. הצוות תמיד עוזר, יעיל ונחמד מאוד. החדרים חדשים ונקיים ומיטות נוחות. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה עם הרבה מגוון.
ארוחת בוקר יש בה מגוון של הרבה דברים אבל כל הזמן אותו הדבר, במשך 5 ימים לא היה שינוי בכלום. בנוסף ממש מוזר והיה חסר שלא היה סלט יווני וציזיקי מה שהיה מאוד מצופה ממלון בקפריסין
