Great hotel with well-maintained grounds. Pools were good, the food was excellent and the included drinks decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment was simple but varied. Location of the hotel was close to lots of restaurants, bars, beaches and luna park. The room was quiet and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Location was perfect
Food was ok but very much the same every day
Staff were very polite Andreas in dining room was a great guy stood out from all the others there
The suite we had was ok could’ve done with a mirror somewhere in bedroom for my partner to do her hair as only one was in bathroom and no plug near by
And could’ve had bigger cups for the beer out side bar area

The waste land at the rear they could of put down a walk path way to the path way to the sea front and quite untidy area

We were disappointed with the lack of vegan choice. Having stayed in multiple Atlantica hotels, this hotel has been the least accommodating
Our room wasn’t cleaned - only new towels left and glasses weren’t removed that had been used
