The room was a little small for a family suite but was one of the biggest rooms that the hotel had. It was nice and functional overall. Not as luxurious as we are used to but it did the trick and we did not feel uncomfortable. I believe rooms are all about expectations and it is not a fair comparison between different resorts in different countries.
I think the reception could have done a better job at explaining the hotel and its amenities. We discovered a lot of things during our stay there that I would have loved to know about them early on. Like the shops at the hotel or the playroom. I also did not really like the breakfast. The food was good but it was clearly busy and the organisation suffered. It was a stressful experience to have breakfast and often had to change tables due to poor hygiene.

One of the best things about the hotel was its location. It was only a 3-minute walk from the famous Nissi Beach, which was extremely convenient. There were also several good restaurants nearby, all within just a few minutes’ walk.
We also really enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast, which offered a very good variety, as well as the spa facilities and the outdoor swimming pool. These were definitely some of the highlights of our stay.
First of all, although the hotel was clean and some of its facilities, such as the outdoor pool, spa, and breakfast, were of a high standard, overall it did not really feel like a five-star hotel to us.
Regarding the room we were given, considering the amount of money we paid, we were disappointed with the view, the small balcony, and the room itself, as they were not what we had expected. The children had to sleep in the sitting area on a sofa bed, and the accommodation was not exactly what we would consider proper connecting rooms.
Overall, while there were some positive aspects to our stay, we felt that the room and the overall experience did not fully match the five-star rating or the price we paid.
