Very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Clean, spacious rooms. Great facilities for kids. Super entertainment every evening. Nice little shop to get a few bits. All staff were very friendly. 20 minute walk into town was worth the it for the quiet location.

Restaurant wasn’t the best but only ate there once. Wasn’t a big issue.

Perfecta estancia

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en una zona exclusiva de San Antonio alejado del barullo de la ciudad, por lo que es muy conveniente si tú objetivo no es ir de fiesta ni aguantar a gente de fiesta. El hotel está orientado a familias y a las 11.30 de la noche hay silencio absoluto. Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones, las vistas desde la habitación, la amabilidad del personal y la tranquilidad que se respiraba, el increíble desayuno buffet, la música de la piscina ,así como los espectáculos nocturnos!

Por decir algo...el Parking es limitado y cuando el hotel está fully booked puede ser una aventura buscar aparcamiento en la noche.

God seng Fint lille badeværelse Maden var Ok Vær opmærksom på der kun kører bus til og fra hotel fire gange om Dagen. Dejlig det var røg fri i spise område. Er fint for et par dages afslapning.

Beskidte tallerkner og bestik Elendig aften underholdning Folk røg på Altan og kunne lugte ind på vores værelse

Never again

The room is big but poorly maintained. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The window in the bathroom could not be closed due to wear and tear. The room is very far from the main building. The road to the building needs renovation. Breakfast is average. The cleanliness around the buildings is catastrophic. There is trash everywhere. For nine days I walked past the same women's panties and water bottles. The vehicle, which is a vehicle within the hotel area, had to wait at least half an hour after the order, even though they said at the reception that it would arrive in a few minutes. The hotel receives a commission from taxi drivers if they call them. The commission is charged to you in the form of another fare (4) instead of (3).

Management doesn’t know how to manage and is not even a nice person!

the facilities were ok, quite a few places to eat and a grocery shop.

the hotel is run down so don’t expect what you see in the photos. what made this hotel a really bad experience is the management and almost all the reception staff. i will mention the friendly staff before I go into my story. The daytime shuttle drivers were really nice, as well as all the restaurants and bars. one girl with long hair in reception was nice as well. Now for the really big negatives, that made this a really horrible experience. I came for a wedding and still had to work as soon as I checked in. I came to reception there were about 7-8 people standing there just all talking to each other. I think the manager was there as well, I guess he was wearing a suit. bad experience #1. After standing for 7-8 mins and being absolutely ignored, I politely let them know that I need to work and if they could please check me in. when I was checked in, I wasn’t told a anything, just given the room key. The towels were being given out in reception, do you think he couldn’t save me the trip and offered me a pool towel? Bad experience #2. I went out with friends on the first night and came back quite late at around 2-3 in the morning. I came back only to find that. there are no shuttles in the middle of the night. since the hotel is like a village there are dark and hidden passageways that you need to take. I attempted but got lost and came back to reception to ask the guy at from desk to walk to my room. He refused, I said that it’s really dark and I can’t find my room. He tried to give me a map. At this point I said I will call the police because I don’t have anywhere to sleep and you are not helping me. He finally walked me but was really not happy. Mind you there was a security guy in the reception as well. Next day management put a letter in my door to come speak to them about last nights incident. clearly I have better things to do when on holiday. besides management could have walked to the room themselves, oh wait…the room is too far!

The PERFECT family resort in Ibiza, with everything you need to keep kids and adults entertained

We were very impressed with the quality of the service at Stella Maris. I would like to send special thanks to Arletta (guest relations) for her fantastic customer support, going above and beyond to make our stay was unique and special. She is true ambassador for the resort, making sure every detail was looked after and every request considered and satisfied during our stay. We loved the all-round day and eve activities within the resort, perfect for keeping the whole family entertained - a vast selection of free activities to enjoy every day and eve from kids club/games/play areas/mini-disco, evening shows, morning exercise (stretching, yoga, pilates, cardio, dance class, etc), family activities (volleyball, football, tennis, petanca, ping pong, table pool, chest, darts, golf etc). Our 4-year old really enjoyed the kids club, the staff made every effort to deliver creative and engaging daily thematical sessions (pirate, superhero, treasure and egg hunt. painting, games etc), it was really entertaining and fun. We would like to thank Julia, Lotte, William and Marko for the wonderful work that you do. Special thanks to Juan Benitez (director of entertainment) for his outstanding selection of shows as well as his very own music show, which we very much enjoyed, along the other shows (magician, circus, cabaret, Mr and Mrs Stella Maris contest, various music performances). Our package included breakfast and buffet dinner and was superb - the quality of the food was outstanding, every night there was fresh fish (freshly prepared in the grill), and huge selection of starters, salads, meats, desserts and drinks, both soft and alcoholic included. All freshly prepared and using lots of local ingredients, lots of fish (calamari, paella, lobster, clams, sushi etc), and options to please anybody's taste. The restaurante and bars staff were so friendly and efficient. We had a fab time and will surely be coming back in the near future.

Good buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Various sports easily bookable. Great music at the pools. Beautiful Ibizan decor.

Cold pools! The resort is built into a hill so be prepared for steep areas - we needed the exercise! Buggy service is available.

Great hotel with good facilities

Clean, great facilities

Without a car the hotel is quite isolated outside of the high season (when the buses run). We hired a car and saw a lot of the island which was great. There is a nice nearby beach which is a 10 minute walk. We had room only but paid more to do the all inclusive for one day - good value but glad we didn’t do it for our whole stay.

Exceeded expectations.

Excellent breakfast. Loads of great family activities. Tennis and mini golf! Nice ‘village’ feel, rather than big high rise hotel. Reception staff very good, friendly and helpful.

The variety at breakfast, beautiful coast near the hotel. The room was clean and, in general, everything was OK.

The sea view from our room was not what we hoped for: our balcony was confined between two buildings, so it was not worth it.

There are better options

This is the most exclusive all inclusive resort we've ever been to, and we have been to a few. Only 2 alcoholic cocktails included, the rest you pay for. Not even bottled beer or coffee (after breakfast) is included. There's also a snack bar and a coffee shop on site which are both excluded. We went for the seaview room and it was a terrible view, basically entirely obstructed by another building in front of us. Not worth paying for the upgrade. I would advise not going at the end of the season as they close things down. The entertainment on site is sub-par and there's no heated pool. The food was ok and the resort seemed outdated.

Green and large area. Huge and stylish room with absolutely fantastic sea view. Delicious food, very comfertable lounge zone with swiming pool, friendly staff,low prices in bar. It was excellent staying.I am in love with this hotel. If i come back to Ibiza again i will stay only here definitely. Than you so much Stella Maris for this unforgetable staying.

Absolutely loved it, will be back!

The hotel location, staff and facilities were spot on. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others. We paid for breakfast each day, which was great! The choice was great and tasted delicious. Had dinner a couple of times, vegetarian options could be improved but none the less it was still good!

Maybe not having music around all the pool areas. One a couple of occasions, everyone was reading or listing to headphones but the music was pretty loud early on. However, this is such a minor point all of the staff were absolutely lovely.
