The hotel itself is a top location, clean and the rooms are very nice with a comfortable bed. Breakfast very tasty. Something that really needs to be praised are the hotel employees. I don't think I've ever met such friendly staff anywhere, who are always ready to help with everything and make your stay easier with concrete advices. Everyone was great, but I have to point out Alberto as our personal number 1. All in all, this hotel gets 10/10 all day long.

5***** Service!!! best experience in ibiza

We didnt expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised! We booked a 3*** Hotel and got 5***** Service! The Staff is VERY helpful and very kind. You get all kind of discounts and renting a car was never easier than here. The room and overall hotel was clean, the breakfast tasty and very good located next to the central bus station of san antoni. All kind of exciting you can explore are just minutes away. Bars, Clubs, Gym, Cinema, Shopping...we loved it

Excellent value and staff

4 excellent ladies working at the hotel were very helpful and always had a smile on there face location of hotel is 2mins from bus station excellent location.

Nothing at the price I paid excellent value for money. Why pay more when you can get it for less?

We will definitely come back next year!

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Orosol. The location was perfect, 4 minutes walk to the bus station where you can find buses to the airport, ibiza town or to many beaches. The room was very clean, spacious and had everything you needed for a good stay. The buffet breakfast was varied, freshly cooked and really tasty. The staff was super friendly and welcoming! We highly recommend this hotel!!

Nice room, superb breakfast beyond our expectation, quiet area, close to everywhere.

Not hotel's fault but parking nearby can be a challenge. Even public parkings in the sorrounding are over packed although it was not during peak season.

Loved our Ibiza experience.

Lovely staff, location and very clean. The vending machine for drinks on your way in is a god send and the facilities if you need to store your bags and get changed (for late flights) are excellent. The cost of the hotel was extremely good given the facilities on offer!

As a fussy eater, breakfast didn't cater well for me. However, the food available was great for the rest of the group, with plenty of choice and diets catered for. The beds were very soft. Again, for some this is a bonus, whereas I struggle with my joints and need more of a firm bed. These are very specific things that will not matter to most.

Excellent hotel. Poor staff

This hotel is in an excellent location, it is only a short walk to any and all entities you could wish for. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They come equipped with air con, fridge, television and balcony. Bathroom is spacious and is equipped with bath, shower, bidet and toilet. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended

Had an altercation with the incredibly rude and patronising receptionist who would not allow me up to my room purely because I was carrying a small suitcase. I can only assume he thought I was a non resident trying to gain access but this is the very same man who checked me in. I was humiliated and forced to wait in the lobby while I waited for my roommate to come downstairs to meet me and take my bag to our room

Amazing plce to stay in San Antonio!

amazing location! Friendly staff. The even borrowed us umbrellas for the beach. And allowed us to enter the room way to early in advance!

Over priced for under average

Bed was super comfy and the staff were nice and helpful

They double booked our room on the first night. The suite has the toilet right next to the bed so no separate shower room. The furniture on the balcony was covered in fake tan and dirt

Absolutely amazing staff. Especially Miram who helped me with a problem. She was super professional.

We only stayed one night and we got what we paid for!

Overall good but for the money paid was not worth it

- Clean room - Towels service - Good breakfast - Is located near the bus station, so you can move everywhere on the island

- A/C cannot be turned off , so you have to sleep with all the air blowing in your head . We asked if it can be turned off and the lady from reception said she will ask and will come back to us ( she never come back ) - On balcony on photos it’s a sun protection but in reality was nothing there , a simple net , so was impossible to stay on terrace and enjoy the jacuzzi during the day , because was too hot. - They made the jacuzzi maintenance and change the water in our last 3 days , but after that we haven’t access it because water was to cold and a head rest support was not fixed and the lady from reception told us to don’t use it and they will call the maintenance team to fix it ( never happened , so the last 3 days we haven’t had access to use the jacuzzi for what we paid )

Excellent stay with good location

The front desk staff are very helpful!!! They give you the best recommendations and help with everything at all times…only good compliments about them!!

The orange juice at the buffet it’s just not tasty but it apart from that everything it’s excellent!!
