Our favourite hotel of the seven week trip!

Our favourite hotel of the seven week trip! We had guests commenting on the scent of the hotel as it was so beautiful. The hotel is immaculately clean and smells amazing. Rooms are spacious and location is very central. It was the perfect place to relax in after partying in Ibiza. We’ll be back next summer!

Clean, modern property with friendly staff

Very clean, excellent location and we were given complementary access to the spa

Food was only served at breakfast time in the hotel bar/ restaurant. An lunch or dinner option would be great.

Lovely find in the heart of San Antonio. Peaceful and modern.

Lovely chic hotel. Lovely decor, modern, unassuming, peaceful and friendly staff. Our room ( monkey suite) was the perfect size for a family of 5 - two rooms and 2 bathrooms with interconnecting small hall / doors. Spa was excellent. Room was great with everything you needed and extremely comfy beds. Our checkout was 12noon and we were able to use the shower / store our bags before going to the airport later in the day. Would like this hotel in Ibiza old town / other locations.

An outside pool or plunge pool would make this hotel perfect - however it is only a 10 min walk to the sea / beach. Be nice to have a selection of teas in the room - not just green tea. We had to ask for bedding for the 5th bed / sofa - wasn’t made up or prepared - but no huge problem.

Fantastic place to stay - highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay in Ibiza. Close to the taxi rank so it was very easy to get around the island and to clubs. The spa area was AMAZING (note that you just get one free entry and otherwise you have to pay to use the pool). Rooms beautiful and spacious. Great place - would definitely recommend.

It was difficult to get the room serviced and the do not disturb/please make up room signs always blew off the door handle. This meant we were often awoken when sleeping or did not get the room made up when we were out. This could be easily fixed :)

Excellent location, fabulous and helpful staff and great rooms

Great service from check in through to the staff supporting me in directions, tickets to events etc. A great hotel with an excellent spa area - highly recommended - with great water jets and outside area.

Nothing, it was a great location which was close to the centre and clubs. The breakfast and light snacks that I tried are really inventive with high end presentation.

lovely hotel, friendly staff, good price but doesn’t include use of spa / pool which is the main reason we booked

hotel is lovely, clean and spacious it’s in a great location and the rooms are well equipped and big

you have to pay £30 to use the pool and spa… this is a bit of a put off as I think this should be included for guests. especially as we had booked for a week in a suite our room wasn’t cleaned very regularly either - we had to ask for water and toiletries the air conditioning didn’t work in our room either which was quite annoying.

We liked the staff and the location as well as the room decoration.

The fact the spa is not included in the price when the hotel doesn’t have a outdoor swimming pool. The bed is wide but very soft, too much, so we didn’t sleep well foi 3 nights.

Great hotel but if you're a light sleeper then make sure you close the balcony door at night

We only made use of the room but the room and bathroom was very clean when we arrived and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff on reception were always smiling and happy to help if we needed any.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise outside the hotel through the night but that was our fault for sleeping with the balcony door wide open.

absolutely beautiful hotel!

Probably one of my favourite hotels I have stayed at in Ibiza, very clean, comfortable and beautiful interior.. the staff are amazing! Spa is beautiful I just didn’t want to leave!

Nice hotel, especially for where it’s located.

Big room (junior suit), comfortable bed, quiet, nice staff, lovely decor.

Spa not included and the €30 charge is for something like an hour rather than day access.

overall a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

the staff were very accommodating, we had a nightmare with our previous hotel and they got us a room at the same price which we could check in immediately! location was perfect. the spa was beautiful. bed was lovely and comfy.

our air con didn’t work, they gave us a fan which helped. they did offer for us to move rooms or get the technician to look at it for us the following day. this didn’t happen so we were left very hot and sticky with 2 girls trying to get ready!

The hotel was really smart and trendy. It felt really nice to stay here and was very clean and the staff were really friendly.

The air-conditioning could have been a lot better. For me being in an air-conditioned room away from the heat when I need it is key. However I was unable to get the room to below 27.5 degrees so wasn't the most comfortable.

location staff were friendly

1. was not made aware of €200 deposit required when checking in. was paid back after they had charged an additional tax charge of €33 which again was not explained when booking. 2. you have to pay extra to use the pool and spa. for treatments this is understandable but not for the basic amenities of the spa. ridiculous. 3. the cleaner did not refill basic amenities in room I.e toilet roll and shower / hand soap. we had to call down to reception to get more. you also only get two small bottles of water on day 1 which isn’t replenished daily. 4. I left an item in my room when checking out worth over £200 which the was definitely in the bathroom. they have denied it was there and then stopped replying to my messages. 5. for the amount of money spent it is not worth it and I would not recommend l, definitely not 4 star standard.
