Food hall was great, nice choice of food. Room was cleaned most days and we had fresh towels. Air con was great in the room.
The bedding isnt great, only a thin sheet on the bed

Great location, clean and also cleaned rooms (as we was not awake early enough) when asked. Hotel is very busy / party so definitely don’t stay here if you don’t like that!
Lots of sunbeds but the pool does get very busy - so have to be up early ish to reserve. I appreciate some people stay past the 11am check in time, but had someone knock twice to kick us out at 10am, even though we had plenty of time still. Also incident round the pool of another guest being abusive, reported to reception and security didn’t do much about it.

The location, the swimming pool
We were not provided with clean towels and the room was not cleaned for the entire time we stayed we had to go and ask for clean towels and still didn’t get them, the all inclusive was not easy or straightforward you had to pay 2 euros every day for a chip to be able to access it so paying more again for something already booked and paid for and having to go back and for to reception, they didn’t allow public to access the pool/club area during the day even on a paid basis which didn’t make any business sense at all. Considering this hotel is 4* it was overpriced for the lack of standards received.
