I really enjoyed the common area – it was a great place to relax and hang out. The pool was a nice bonus, and the location couldn’t have been better. There’s also a lift available, which made things much easier with luggage. I loved that there were loads of games downstairs to keep people entertained, and the free drink on arrival was a really nice touch.
I was quite disappointed with a few things during my stay. The bathrooms in the room weren’t great – there was no proper door and the light was automatic. In my first room the bathroom light wouldn’t turn off at all, so I had to ask to change rooms. The bathrooms also weren’t very clean, with lots of items left behind by other guests. The kitchen smelled really bad and the fridges were never cleaned, which was unpleasant. The rooms themselves weren’t very clean either, and you need to bring your own lock for the lockers.
