We love the location, it’s perfect for a chilled relaxing holiday! The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were spacious. They did a good breakfast too!
We booked a sea view room- we had B303 and it was a side sea view with the front view being the other side of the hotel! So we were disappointed with that- it should have options of side view or full view, we think the full view best ones would be in block A.
The cleanness in the rooms were debatable - there was a lot of dust.
Also the phone did not work and was full of dust.
The pool one 2 days were murky- but the maintenance did resolve it by the afternoons.

The staff, the food was excellent especially by the pool bar - El Faro. You could always get a sun bed even on the really busy days and no ask was too much.
Our air con was not working well when we arrived due to a storm and they moved us to a suite, which meant a much bigger room with a lounge area and kitchenette - so impressed and no extra charge.

Breakfast was excellent, large variety of everything you could possibly want. Lunch at the pool bar was exceptional, staff worked so hard and all table service. It was the same menu everyday day but with so much choice it didn’t matter.
Not really a problem and didn’t effect our stay but there wasn’t much storage in the room.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, quiet location. Friendly staff.
The hotel is dated and far from Ibiza and St Antonio. It was not a 4* experience.
