Property was lovely! Lots of activities for kids! Pool towels very limited and required deposit and one change over which we found strange. I had an issue with room and was downgraded at a very large cost so that was disappointing. Mainly disappointed by bookings handling of my situation

Occasionally noisy due to ongoing room renovations but we understand this cannot be helped

Not enough smoking areas,not enough places to laydowan, double bed was made from two single beds,very uncomfortable for couples ,not enough evenings events

Location was good, nice grounds.

The Halloween decorations throughout the hotel and the squid games theme was overpowering and a little over the top. I was traveling with my 16 year old son and was allocated a double bed, which was unacceptable. I assumed the beds could be separated but sadly not in this instance. When questioned with reception, I was offered another room if I paid which I begrudgingly agreed to, but the only available room was an adjoining room with a door to the other room, plus I would’ve lost a better balcony, so decided that it wasn’t worth paying to move. The other thing that I didn’t love was the canteen style restaurant. The food itself was ok as I ate a lot from the salad bar, but the set up of the room food and drink wasn’t what I’d call 4 star.
