Las vistas muy chulas y el desayuno muy bueno.

Better for families and couples than solo travellers

For mass produced buffet food it was surprisingly tasty with fairly healthy options. I liked the shower facilities for after check-out too. Location on the beach Nice pool and bar

The noise. Noisy hotel, could hear the people above me, people all along the corridor. Lights far too bright and found it difficult to sleep as I couldn't get the room dark enough. I found a dark long hair in my bed - not mine! Bed was uncomfortable.

Great location but not worth 4 stars

Location

Only 1 lift was working for 5 floors and was not fixed the whole week we were there. It always went up with a full lift from people intending to go downstairs increasing our wait times. The rooms were not cleaned well, the bathrooms were not cleaned well enough and the body wash was not replaced for days. The sofa bed was not made some mornings and the cleaning staff came in to clean before 8am.

Very nice stay, good also for group of friends. Probably I would appreciate transfer for the city organized by the hotel

Too noisy for couples

Close to the beach especially Nova beach at the back is beautiful, food was ok with variety, you can park the car for free nearby, the sea view was great

Hotel for families with children ,lots of noise and crowded everywhere, reception is not kind but "top down " - booked a double bed but given a twin bed and nothing could be done , swimming pool is small and occupied for kids not for sports, no gym , resto is always packed

Will not visit this Hotel again

Cleanliness and large rooms

Room telephone not working, no connection to reception, even after repair. if need some help, need to walk down to reception. Elevator was always fault, need to walk up and down most of the time. Lot of food is kept for breakfast and dinner, but taste levels are below average :( 10:30am you must check out; usual hotel check out time is between 11:30-12:30pm, no allowance was provided even though asked additional 2 hours.. One old lady at the reception was quite rude as well one support guy in the restaurant was really behaving indifferent, when asked for an inside seating for dinner as outside of restaurant was really warm.

Nice area, fresh food, clean hotel. Facilities let it down

Good location, clean and modern hotel, food had a good selection and was fresh.

The air conditioning was not working the duration of our stay which made it very uncomfortable and led us to sleep on the balcony or in the entrance hall. The fridge in the room did not work or the over head shower. Staff did not help when it came to no air conditioning, no change of room or fan and was told to contact the hotel company for a possible change of hotel.

Smallest room ever!

The location is excellent for the beach and the centre of town for restaurants etc. and breakfast was okay.

In over 40 years of travel to Ibiza this was the smallest room we have ever had. There was no room to move around the bed. We had to move a chair out onto the balcony. We also had to move a free standing light into a corner, out of the way. There was very little room to store our clothes. The wardrobe had a rail about half a metre long and one drawer. In addition the safe didn't work properly, the back was missing off the tv remote, the shower didn't drain quick enough so you had to stop to allow it to drain to avoid a flood and the wash basin didn't have a proper plug so you had to leave it running to try and fill it while it was draining slowly, wasting a lot of water. Having seen the size of the room we did enquire at reception about the room and we were told that this was a free upgrade to a superior room with sea view. It had a sea view but if this was superior goodness knows what a standard room was like! They said that an alternative room may be available on the Saturday but they didn't know for sure, this seemed odd. On the last day the curtain track, fittings and curtains all collapsed within centimetres of hitting one of us. This could of been very nasty as there were sharp spikes sticking out of the bracket where it had come out of the ceiling. When reported to the front desk at check out he did not seem that surprised or bothered and just said he would mention it to maintenance.

Neat and clean property, balcony has beautiful view of ocean. Wide choice of breakfast and dinner. Staff was very helpful and polite. Close proximity to beach, restaurants, bars and shops

Bad

Very big queue at bar. Still waiting more 5 persons for drink. Milion of childrens. I think there was more kids then adults. It is a kindergarden. Not for normal people. Only family with kids can be happy there...

Great stay but must consider drinking water approach!! No water in rooms or water bottle filling facility!!

It was ok and they charged me extra to have a bathtub so I don’t think it was really worth it.

Not clean, I found a hair in my bathroom from another guest and everything was broken.

A great week away.

Really good all round. Food was very good and really fresh. Location was great. Entertainment was good. All inclusive drinks were good. We had a great week, I would go back and I would recommend to others.

Great Stay

The hotel it’s situated in a beautiful location, Es Cana it’s such a great town , with beautiful beaches around and fancy restaurants. We book the hotel with half board meal and we weren’t disappointed, plenty of food and vegetarian options, variety of dishes and always different at the dinner. Was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and attentive. We had a very nice stay at this hotel, definitely we recommend it.

The pool area needs more parasols umbrellas.

dangerous for children. avoid.

a very heavy shelf in the bathroom fell on my 7yo son’s toe. management couldn’t care less. they did their best delaying medical help and neglecting our case until we gave up on them and left trying to catch our flight. the hotel is very very dated. can hear all neighbours. and rubbish removal early hours. lifts not working. no wardrobe. super noisy ancient a/c. pillows, beds, mattress - beyond basic. pool bar waiting time half an hour. pool area not fit for number of guests. balcony rail climbing hazard good luck catching your children fly. by pure accident I managed to catch mine on day one, made my blood freeze. where is that health and safety inspection? blue tv light and super bright evacuation signs are screaming at your face at night in your tiny little depressing room. cleaners come in when they’ve decided it’s time for you to check our (9.30am), you are half naked but it’s ok. some random beach sellers walking around the pool pushing you stuff. feels unsafe. water coolers get emptied instantaneously, guests walking around desperate. entertainment: we saw an Asian gymnastics show… very strange. we played billiards (paid activity) there’s toilets next to it. the doors are wide open, you can see all business. especially mens. who imagined this place should have any stars?

Relaxing experience at ibiza

The location of the hotel is marvelous! The staff and the food are just great, specially Angela from the reception. She was very helpful with our trip and gave us very good tips on what to visit on the island, eskerrik asko :) Don't miss out on the beachwalk of Santa Eulalia, definitely worth it!

great stay in a great location. would definitely stay again. whilst it’s was a busy hotel there were always sun beds ava

great location, close to all the bars and overlooking the beach . towels available to use on sun beds and beach. Hotel has everything you can wish for and the pool area was very clean.

bathroom - the bath and shower whilst clean and worked fine. They were very dated and grout and edges and shower old.
