Our flight home was cancelled so we came to Invisa Ereso late a night for 2 nights…All the staff were incredibly helpful… made us feel really special..

The setting was very nice. The food available was pretty good and in particular - the Maitre d Manuel, who keeps the restaurant running smoothly was excellent. The staff were very helpful and professional.
The Animation team were pretty average. I think they didn’t do enough to entertain the children during the day - often rehearsing for their evening performances, which were self indulgent and not very engaging. The best guest performers were a trio of singers - they were absolutely excellent!

This property was always clean and tidy, rooms cleaned everyday and maid service doing so were so lovely and friendly!
I booked this hotel to extend a stay in the resort that I love, this was the cheapest available at the time. The food was pretty average and basic, literally observed a child picking food up, putting in mouth and putting back.
This hotel is also very loud and the entertainment very cheesy and over the top. I imagine if you are travelling with kids it would be great here! But as a couple who just wanted to chill it was a bit too much!
Further to this is the sun bed situation, towels are down before you even rise in the morning! We did always get a sunbed but it was very crowded.
