Nestled in La Jolla, this lovely condo for $250 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beautiful Garden Flat located 2 blocks from the famous "Windansea" beach. Seperate rental unit on 1st floor. Garden flat has its own 1 car garage and has installed brand new A/C in 2015. Accommodates 4 guests; either infant or child is counted as a guest as well. Two bedrooms/1 bathroom + shower. Kitchen has all necessary amenities. Has its own front yard court. High chair and crib included for kids. Many restaurants, bars, retail shops & beauty salons are around 5-10 minutes walking distance from rental property. Twenty minutes walk to the Museum of Contemporary Art and to 'seal' watching (a favorite tourist site). Two minutes drive to VONS supermarket and CVS pharmacy. There is as well a public pool "facing" the unit if you feel like crossing the street for a quick swim. This little apartment was perfect for our visit to La Jolla. The location was perfect, size was great and the garage was spacious. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the cleanliness. I found it not as clean as I would have liked and there were two used sponges left in the kitchen with no new sponges for us to use. Besides that, the space was perfect and communication with the property manager was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Nadia and Jay’s place. Nadia is a wonderful host. She was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and was very helpful with recommendations. The property is in the perfect location. Having a dedicated parking space in the garage was super helpful. We almost couldn’t fit our rental though. A car or small SUV is probably best. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. It was conveniently located to all the main attractions in San Diego. I would happily stay here again :)

Place was fantastic (just as advertised)! Nadia was excellent to work with. The private patio area was enjoyed by our family, and the single car garage made going places around San Diego a breeze. We would definitely love to stay at this place again!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our small family. We walked to the beach, shops, restaurants, and had a garage for our rental car. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. The apartment had everything. We needed and more. It was the perfect place to stay and we did not want to leave! Thank you, Nadia and Jay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nadia and Jay's home! The location is exceptional, the apartment was very well cared for and well outfitted, and Nadia and Jay were amazing hosts. In addition, having access to a private garage was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again ;-)

Nadia's place is close to lots of good restaurants and the beach. We walked along the Lajolla shoreline and saw many seals, sea lions, and different birds. The property looks exactly like the photos. Clean and very well stocked. The garden is lovely. Would highly recommend.

Nadia was very easy to communicate with. Property was spacious and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children, particularly the living/dining area. Kids loved the little garden area. Really appreciated having basics stocked: toilet paper, travel soap, cleaning suppplies, coffee/filters/splenda. Having a dedicated parking space/garage was super helpful with children and loading beach items. Rental came with beach chairs, towels and sand toys. Super helpful not to have to purchase for only a weekend trip. Rental has Roku TVs so easy to login to whichever app you use (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) and use your normal profile.

It was a lovely place close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We made good use the kitchen and enjoyed the property when we were not at the beach, the local pool, watching the sea lions and seals, visiting the Birch Aquarium, Carlsbad Flower Fields and San Diego. All close by destinations that made our spring break a wonderful experience with our granddaughters!

We have stayed in Nadia and Jay’s garden apartment several times. It’s perfect for us. The location can’t be best with a short walk to both beautiful Wind and Sea beach and downtown LaJolla. In under 20 minutes you’re in downtown San Diego. The apartment has everything you need and Nadia and Jay are wonderful hosts - extremely responsive and eager for their guests to have a wonderful visit.

Our two week stay at this property was fabulous. The property is truly "as advertised" the rooms were spacious and the location is very convenient to the beach and downtown La Jolla. Nadia and Jay were very gracious and conscientious hosts. If we needed anything, or had a question they were extremely responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again !

This was our 5th time staying at this property - we are fans! My kids and I feel comfortable and very much at home here which is why the repeat stays. Nadia is always so gracious and welcoming. Very nice property. (Restored my faith in Vrbo after our experience in FL). Location was nice. Short walk, a few blocks, to the beach. We didn’t walk at night but walked the area quite a bit during the day and felt very safe. Appreciated the car garage.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful property. It was extremely comfortable, and well equipped. Having a washer and dryer came in handy for my family’s needs. Comfortable beds, and great overall atmosphere of the rental. The front garden was also very cute and private. We felt very safe here as well, and the garage was a huge plus! The ease of access to the beach was wonderful too. We will definitely want to stay here again if we come back to La Jolla. Thank you so much Nadia for having us!!’

This is a charming apartment exactly as pictured. We could walk to the beach, downtown, restaurants, the La Jolla Cove. We could relax in the courtyard with our morning coffee or evening wine. We enjoyed our time at this apartment. I would definitely return.

This property was perfect for our family getaway to La Jolla! Everything was nice and clean. It was so nice having our own garage for the rental car!! Location was within a 5-10 minute walk to Windansea Beach (really neat Tide Pools), restaurants and shops. Nadia was a gracious host and went out of her way to make sure we knew our way around town. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!
