The property was exceptionally clean and tidy, in a good location- easy to find but on a fairly quiet road. Parking is directly in front of the house and there is a bus stop over the road with a half hourly service to Gosport. The breakfast room though small offered a good choice of breads, pastries, yoghurts and fruits, tea, coffee and juices, etc.
The room we stayed in, and the breakfast room were very compact, not an issue for a short stay. Maybe over a longer period of days this would become wearing.

The location was good with easy access to parking. It was exceptionally clean through out with nice decor. It lacked a homely feel unfortunately.
We found that it lacked space. The bedroom was compact with the need to walk sideways to get anywhere. The tiolet/shower room was again very compact with just enough room to move.
The breakfast was continental which we didn't realise when booking with enough on offer. But again the area was compact. We would of struggled had there been other guests staying.
It would of been nice to interact with the owners more. It all seemed a Svery sterile experience.
