Overall the room is clean, the terrace is nice. The location is in la rambla close to gothic quarter.

The location in regards to the city was nice, but the neighbourhood didn't inspire much confidence to walk alone at night (more for women them men).

Our room was in between the breakfast room and the supplies room, so we could hear people coming and going quite easily. The doors stay unlocked on both sides unless you lock them with the keys, plus, they don't allow you to leave with your room keys, having to give them and ask them back every time you go in and out, and giving you an unsafe sensation since anyone can come and say your room number to get to it.

The staff were so great. Unfortunately the airconditioner stopped working during our stay, completely out of their control. They immediately advised they would refund us for a portion of our stay and they gave us a portable fan to assist.

Be prepared for it to potentially be loud, the walls are paper thin so you can hear the neighbouring room quite clearly.

It was a very clean place right next to las ramblas with 2 gorcery shops on the door step. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The reception is open 24 hours. Everywhere was very clean.

The pillow was quite small so sleeping was uncomfortable and one night it was very loud with music until 3am from a near by venue I pressume.

I like the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was great. Friendly staff they also have terrace that you can relax if your tired.

Our room is in the first floor, front of the kitchen, side of the stairs. You can hear all of the noise from outside. You can’t sleep even if you want. I don’t recommend first floor to stay

The room had a small terrace which was great. And two outdoor areas, one down below with nice tables and a roof top terrace which was amazing. The staff were so nice at the front desk.

Staff great & helpful . Loved the sunny large terraces , walkable to most important sites , close to metro. Great room . Will definitely recommend & return to when in Barcelona again!

The audibility of sounds through the walls is really strong, there was no breakfast during my stay.

The location is just a few meters from La Rambla, everything was close. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

The room was just poor. The door to the bathroom got stuck regularly, the to the hallway was just paper thin so we heard everything happening there (room number 6 is super close to the reception, so it's quite inconvenient). Another con was the air conditioning. Even when it was turned off (we had it off all the time), it made so much noise - during the night as well. I have never had problems falling asleep but this was just horrible - I barely got any sleep. When I asked the staff they just told me it's air coming trough the vent (honestly it was much more - bubbling water sounds and loud humming) and that they cannot do anything about it (not even turn it off).

Great value for money and amazing location. The terraza is also great and the staff is nice.

It was very cold in the room. The heating was very poor. The room is without TV. It is very, very small. The door is at the restaurant.

Very pleasant receptionist at check in, good location near a metro stop and La Rambla, Room had a balcony into a bustling amazing street. I asked in advance for a room in top floor with a balcony and got it, thanks for that!

Room was quite small, but one could expect small rooms in Barcelona. No kitchen or basic amenities, so we could not make tea in the room.
