Location was good , handy to restaurants, small store for groceries, and attractions.
Lack of coffee, and breakfast was originally described in booking ad.
Made due with small restaurant around corner from hotel.

It is in a great location and has lovely facilities. The room was very cozy and was perfect for us.

The staff were very kind, the room very clean and the location was quite central and quiet
The room was a ground-floor one, quite small, with a very small bathroom as well. Overall, it was not value for money, as you can find something much better in Venice for the same price.
