Great location very near vaparetto. Check in was easy although check in location was 10 minute walk from actual accommodation. Staff were friendly. Hot water was consistent.
Room was small for two people — not really enough space for two to sit down. There’s a small refrigerator near the front door that is shared by guests.

The location was amazing. Right on a canal as they advertise, and very close to all sorts of shops and restaurants. The check-in process was easy even though it was at a different hotel. Our room was ready early so we were able to drop our stuff, which was really nice. The woman at the front desk was also very friendly. Our room had a great view and was actually quite cozy.
As others have said, the beds were quite hard. The pillows were even harder. The worst part however, is that our room was very clean, but likely had a small bed bug problem. Got a couple of bites after the first night, but it just kept getting worse. We stayed in the room because we didn't really realize it until it was ready to leave. When we reached out to the hotel after we checked out, they just said that they would have their cleaning staff check it and clean it thoroughly. Bed bugs can happen but that is not an appropriate response. It needs to be more than just cleaned. We also reported it to Booking, to who is apparently also not satisfied with the response from the hotel. It's unfortunate because we really enjoyed our stay, even though the beds were hard
