It’s really clean and well looked after and the owner is a real genuine nice guy. It’s in a lovely part of the city which shows off the true Venice lifestyle, there are some lovely restaurants and bars right next to the apartment and the Rialto is about 10 minutes walk through the street laneways past shops and other restaurants.
Another hidden extra is the water bus stop about 100m away at the end of the street with no bridges if you have suitcases in tow. It has lines which go to the airport, train station and along the canal to St Marks square which makes it so easy to get around. Would 100% stay here again.
Nothing of any concern, maybe a second suitcase stand available in the room would be helpful but it’s not a criticism, the property is lovely.

All communication with the property was super smooth and really helpful. It was a short 2 min walk from where the water taxi dropped us off which was a huge bonus. It's a reasonably quiet area of Venice with a few amazing bars, cafes and restaurants around. It doesn't take long at all to walk into the main tourist area either. One of the best beds I've slept in while traveling!
