We loved the location as it is in very center of Venice, walking distance from main squares and attractions.
The staff was amazing and very friendly. The breakfast location was perfect as well. We loved it!

Location is great and the staff is exceptional. Everybody is so sweet and accommodating! Great experience. They had a bigger room available and we were upgraded for free ☺️
The bed could be more comfortable, but the room was sooo cute!!! I would stay there again!!!
If you are a tall/big person, you might struggle a bit in the shower. But anyone under 6ft should be fine.
We went in the middle of a heat wave and the AC did the best it could...

The ace is very close to everything but yet it is located in a quiet zone so you can rest without a problem. The room had a very good ac which helps a lot in the summer and was quite clean. The staff is very friendly and offers helpful sugestions.

The staff was very helpful and kind.
The bed is not comfortable. The bathroom is tiny with weak water pressure. The location is average.
