I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What impressed me the most was the staff. Every time I had a question or a request, they went out of their way to help and always tried to find a solution. They were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible. Their attitude and willingness to help really made a difference.
The location is also excellent. Ölüdeniz beach is only about a a few minute shuttle ride away, and the shuttle bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There is also easy access to the local buses, and being able to pay by credit card on the buses made getting around very convenient.
The hotel itself is a little dated, and the interior could benefit from some modernization. However, everything was very clean and well maintained, which is much more important to me.
Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. A big thank you to the amazing staff for their outstanding hospitality!

First of all, the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. As this was my first budget-friendly vacation, I had some hesitations, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel clean and preferred by high-quality guests. I spent a safe and fun holiday with my two children. The food was delicious, the pool was clean with the perfect level of chlorine, and the location was fantastic. Highly recommended!
No complaints just a few things to note:
The furniture in the rooms is a bit dated, and the TV was not working at full capacity. However, I’d like to highlight the staff's kindness; although they mentioned that only tea was included at breakfast, they generously offered a variety of drinks like fruit juices free of charge. It was a lovely gesture that made a difference.

The bed sheets were old and I could see hairs on them. Other than that, everything was great, especially for the price. A very decent breakfast (not included), walking distance to lots of fun places.
The staff could have been a little more talkative. They didn’t explain the weird wristbands we had to wear until checkout.

Some of the staff were friendly and it's not too far from the dolmus stop as well as the Lycian Way trailhead.
In general, the hotel caters well to guests seeking familiarity and convenience, with a strong emphasis on all-inclusive offerings. However, those looking for authentic local experiences or a sense of place may find it lacking in character. The atmosphere felt generic and could be anywhere in the world, which may appeal to some, but left me wanting more connection to the local culture and surroundings.
Unfortunately, several maintenance issues were not addressed during my stay, despite reporting them. Most concerning was that the smoke alarm went off multiple times during the night on two of my three nights, severely disrupting sleep. I was told it was triggered by guests smoking in their rooms — if that's the case, the hotel really needs to enforce its policies more strictly or upgrade the system. Alarms going off at night with no staff response is not only frustrating but also raises serious safety concerns.
