All the staff are genuinely kind friendly and fun. In have been with my children and this time solo and have thought exactly the same. The variety of entertainment at night is great and pool time activities are great for kids and adults alike.
Not hotels fault but guests did the usual towels on sun loungers trick very early in the morning so struggled with getting a lounger (but staff assisted with this and found one when one became available)

I really enjoyed the evening shows, they were amazing, I also enjoyed the slides with my daughter. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Apo , Mustafa & Aykut were so hospitable and had a lovely attitude. The food was great and very reasonably priced.
The WiFi was a bit weak and sometimes the pool was too crowded. I also suggest providing pool towels .

NIce rooms. Good swimming pool. Decent breakfast.
I requested for a two hour extension on room timing to match my flight. Request was turned down and I had to pay extra and only one of the rooms was allowed against payment. Also two bottles of water are complimentary pretty much in all hotels but PINE valley didn't even have that.

The property in itself is very beautiful, it’s completely green all around, it has a nice big pool to swim and another pool with 3 water slides which are very good!
Batu from their entertainment team made it even better for us as he arranged for handball game in the pool between the guests which really was awesome!
Bedrooms though small, are very nice, every bedroom has a small private balcony making it very nice. The room cleanliness is good too.
The food options in breakfast are terrible, especially if you’re a vegetarian, it gets worse. The staff don’t speak in English at all, only limited 2-3 do. Also, if you sometimes complain about something, there is lack of empathy and courteousness. The rooms also lack basic things like hot water kettle, glasses, water bottles on daily basis etc.
