Beautiful aesthetics, can’t beat the location
Hot water was a challenge, room floors were damp and wet, they didn’t clean rooms or change sheets for entire stay(4 days)

Location, personnel, cleanliness, atmosphere, style, uniqueness, character and affordability. The best part was the staff, particularly Victoria. She was sweet, considerate and accomodating, especially when we had special needs! It is awesome for couples!

The staff was awesome,,very helpfull ,, The room was wonderfull very clean,, and the location is great,, right in the middle of old San Juan ,, Will Come Back Very Soon!

Location was great
We were put in a room without any windows which was not what the room details during booking showed in the photos.
