The cleaning lady was very helpful in storing our belongings and assisting us with check-out.
I didn’t see the check-in email, so I couldn’t access the property when I arrived earlier than 4 PM. I tried calling, but the voicemail didn’t provide any useful instructions.

Great boutique hotel for those that want character and location over luxury and chic. After 3 days in Old San Juan, I loved the central location just off the original Cathedral square. 18th century villa conversion with high ceilings, beautiful interior courtyard and roof deck. Terrific hospitality.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Location was great and we enjoyed being right in Old San Juan with so much in walking distance. The staff was very helpful and we had no issues. Loved the rooftop and took advantage of it every day to relax/refresh before going out for the evening. The coffee maker in room was perfect for starting the morning. Note that there is water and ice in the dining room near the entrance to the hotel. Best option for parking was at the parking garages at Galeria Paseo and the hotel can give you a voucher. We paid $26/day and it is a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Loved the hotel and would stay there again!
