location and size. very
the beds were uncomfortable and did not have enough bedding and pillows initially. it felt dusty but to be fair we arrived early and the previous tenants did not leave in time. this likely rushed the cleaning staff.

Great appartment in the inner Barcelona. Very close to Lesseps square, which gives you access to the subway system. Walking distance to the commercial area. The overall appartment is nice and has room for a family of four. It allowed pets, which was great for us. Public parking nearby.
The access street had roadworks, which made very difficult the arrival, they didn't warn us. The facilities could benefit from some renewal/repair (two chairs were broken, the dishwasher had the display broken, which made using it a guessing game, there were no drinking glasses)

We enjoyed the location and the 3 separate bedrooms.
It was not a good value for the money. The facilities were rather old and damaged. The canalisation in one bathroom smelled. The sofa had stain from a gum. We didn’t find iron nor vacum cleaner. The carpet was dirty etc.
When we arrived the TV and light were not working but they sent someone to fix it.
The parking was for smaller cars, so we couldn’t use ut even tough that was the reason for picking this app.
I honestly don’t think its worth the money we paid (keep in mind the extra tax, cleaning fee and deposit).
If you need a large accomodation for partying etc maybe its ok.
