This is a gorgeous hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the owners clearly care about the place very much. Excellent breakfast for an additional fee, outdoor hot tub on the property available for use of guests. Excellent location in the middle of town. The entire hotel is beautiful, with great attention to detail and beautifully decorated.

It is a really cozy hotel, it feels really warm and is super close the town. Really nice to walk the town when you arrive.
The open shower is a little messy.

Location was great, price reasonable, loved the inviting decor downstairs and in our room. It was fun to hear about the building’s history
Shower got the whole bathroom floor wet, bed was a bit too firm for us

Nice Icelandic shampoo and soap. Bed and blanket was not bad
We weren’t aware that our room was in a separate building, which looked like a motel. The room was not clean enough, floors slightly sticky and there was a snack wrapper in the bedside table left by the previous guest. A few stains on the sheets too. The room was also a real squeeze for 3 people.
