We were looking for a warm, charming and comfortable environment for our tenth anniversary trip to Rome, and they exceeded our expectations with hospitality and recommendations for local activities and food.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and so focused on customer-service. They were always friendly and so helpful at navigating our way around Rome. Their recommendations for food and transportation were always wonderful and helped us avoid the “tourist traps” that are so common. Mario, Carla, Mariusz, and Nora were amazing concierge staff. Francesco and his breakfast team were excellent and fun to be around. The staff who cleaned did a great job. And the location was quiet, yet close enough for us to walk to most places of interest.

It would be nice to have a small shelf for shampoo or a razor in the shower. Otherwise, great facility!!!

Safe location. Friendly and helpful staff. Close but not super close to train station.
We had a room close to the busy street so there was some noise. Ask for a room away from busy street.

The staff were very helpful, the room was large and well kept, the facilities clean. The hotel is on the third floor of a larger building and on one evening, we could hear the music from a classical concert on the ground floor. It wasn't a nuisance but a pleasure.
It would be useful if they had an iron/ironing board to use. The lift was essential but could be slow.
