Excellent location, and very east to walk to from the Roma Termini station. The building has beautiful character and it was a great first location on our very long trip itinerary.

The employees were very kind. The room was cleaned almost every day. The location was very close to the central station and the city center. The air co was working very well.
The matters was rather rigid and the shower cabin felt like less than one square meter in size but I guess it is also a Rome thing.

Location
The first difficulty was trying to find the place. There was no external sign at the front door, but there were signs for other small hotels embedded with apartments in an old building. While the owner was there to hand us the key and show us the room, there was no staff on site. Communication was through "What's app". For the price, you are paying for the location not comfort. Owner preferred cash and price would be 40% less if contacting him directly.
