It was a clean and well kept room. The building is very nice with seating areas on every floor. A concert was playing from the building next door, so it was a pleasant accompaniment for dinner. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service. The hotel is in a prime location close to tourist sites and transportation.
I didn’t have any issues with the hotel. I had a pleasant stay.

It was a wonderful room, much bigger than I needed but great to have. The hotel was very close to the buses, the metro, and easy to get to the Roma Termini station. Thank goodness for the lift because the hotel is on the fourth floor of a building that has multiple hotels.
A continental breakfast room was bright and airy and was available for 10 euros but the food and selections were not very good.
