Owner is always on hand to help or advise. Great location within walking distance of most sights. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean, comfortable and pretty quiet (given the general noisiness of Hanoi)

Cute room in an Old Quarter. Big bathroom. The gentlemen that welcomed me at the reception and helped me out with my bags made my stay. Super friendly, super helpful. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room. O only stayed one night but I def recommend this charming hotel. Room was quiet.
