The stay was very nice, the staff (especially Thomas) was super kind and helpful. It’s located near the Old Quarter of Hanoi, so it’s very easy to walk around.
The room was clean and spacious, also very comfortable. Would definitely come back here!

Amazing experience!
We had a wonderful stay at Old Quarter Charm Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. The service was excellent from beginning to end, and they really made us feel at home.
We also booked our cruise to Lan Ha Bay through the hotel, and everything was perfectly organized. The cruise was absolutely amazing, with breathtaking scenery, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam.
A huge thank you to the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and great recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
