The staffs are all helpful and kind
The blanket they provide is really just a thin cover. Thinner than usual sheets. Maybe it’s a local thing? But it’s really too thin when the A/C is on.

Overall it was great.
Location is great, if you are using metro, Urgell station is very close (L1) and from there you can transfer to wherever you want. I recommend the T-Ususal ticket if you are staying for 5+ days. But a lot of the cool locations like Gothic quarter and others are relatively short walking distance from the hostel.
Neighborhood is quiet and lovely.
Staff in the hostel is great, I checked in and out easily and they were very helpful and pleasant, there is a 24/7 reception desk.
I was in the mixed dormitory section, beds were clean and comfy, each person has their own locker for personal belongings.
If you are booking the shared dormitory though, you have to be prepared for not having privacy as much, or people going in and out of the room, making noise etc
You get the card for your room and the key for your locker, and receptionist buzzes you in when you return from wherever at any time. Bathroom is shared and clean, and there are other shared spaces. You can meet new people if you are into that. All in all a very pleasant experience for me.
The only negative thing for me was the fact that the terrace is only open till 9 PM, that huge open sky area. Because after 9 PM is the time when it's actually pleasant to chill there in the August heat. But I guess they have to comply with the law of no noise after a certain hour or something so there's that.

Location, friendly staff, roof balcony, close for the bus from the airport, close to Aldi
The windows were open every night. It was cold and very noisy. I could hear traffic from the street all night, every night. Most of the people had a party in the lobby every night, and they were very loud at night and I was not able to sleep properly, I was sleeping with music on my headphones. Competitors offer much better condition for the same price
