Location is spectacular.
This place has no air conditioning. This may suffice for the common area and 2 of the 4 rooms. But for the room called “Blue Room” where we stayed, it was unbearably hot if the window was closed, and incredibly loud until past 3am every night if the window was open. I suspect the “Frescos Room” is the same. Also beware that some rooms have bathrooms that are external to the room itself, which can be less convenient.

The Property is really sensual to the disco area such as pink Street and different nightclubs nearby yet it’s really quiet at night so you don’t hear any of the noise. It’s got a fantastic kitchen so you can cook everything you need but the food is quite cheap in the local area so you don’t really need to cook and it’s healthy food with fish and vegetables. I love the location. I love that it was easy to find and the host was really easy with the check-in it was just really everything so easy. There’s a lift to get to the apartment that works perfectly so it’s not really anything scary about the apartment. It’s this old school high ceilings 1920s unique hotel that is really beautiful. The only thing it’s got a ghost I think.
The painting above my there was a painting above my bed and it fell into my bed in the middle of the night was very scary. It felt like there was a ghost presence there at the Property that was reminding me that they’re there at night and it’s their property and it’s not mine so the ghost is definitely ghost in the building. The bed was pretty hard but some people love that for me. I like a medium bed not a rock solid concrete bed so it made me feel a bit like I’m in the Flintstones but outside that it’s a really wonderful place to stay.

Location was great as close to the metro and the centre.
The mattress was too firm. But I appreciate the mattress firmness to personal reference.
