Their customer service is so far the best. We've been to many hotels with Club Lounge and private check-in and JW Marriott HaNoi is the next level. We enjoyed our stay very much. From the air purifier in the bathroom to the evening cocktails in the Club Lounge was such an experience. Exceptional hotel room with beautiful surroundings. We took a couple strolls around the lake morning and night. The staff members were excellent as well especially Sy. Thank you for making beautiful both cocktails and mocktails for us.

Concierge services were disappointing. Sent us to a museum that is closed. Could n t help us w/ ticketing needs…took very long and didn t pull it off. Location not good.
Hotel was too loud and busy over the weekend.
Food in the 1st night wasn t great.
Breakfast was good.
Room was fine.
Location quite remote.
