I had every morning the noodles soup bowl made directly by the lady cook, it was very goog and I am going to miss it now that I am back in France. All the staff is very helpfull, polite and gentle (the people at the reception desk, the hostesses at the lounge and of course the maids). They are all smiling, discreet and very well dressed, this is a sign of quality and standing.
Honestly there is nothing to report here, but maybe a suggestion : would it be possible to add a french-speaking info channel in the TV selection (France24 for example) ?

Great hotel great value for money. The staff was great especially Victoria. But all the stuff were very helpful. Most recommend

早餐非常用心，多樣性。還有額外準備的拿鐵咖啡可以點選。熱食與生菜準備的都很全面。
健身房的設備維護不佳，跑步機異音多。
