we were actually moved to the adjoining Crowne Plaza hotel due to a problem with the lifts. staff were extremely helpful and kind. room was great and very comfortable.

Close proximity to the subway and the the city. The room was ok.
The pricing on food was exaggerated; a burger cost 120RMB. Most of the staff don’t speak and thus a big challenge on communication. The springs are not owned by the hotel and no information provided when we enquired; probably they didn’t understand. Breakfast could be better
