Apartment is very nice, comfy, new and well-stocked while it lacked a broom and cleaning supplies for the floor. Host is responsive and helpful in case of need and we received all the help we needed. Thumb up.
Position is central but in an area where I didn't feel safe walking at night; we even witnessed police operations and street fights.
Be sure to get a parking slot in time, moreover the whole zone is a low emission zone, if you go by car register your plate, with a specific app, were you have to attach your car data to show your emissions level and have the permit to enter the zone.

Host provided us with early check-in when we've arrived hour before the agreed time due to unexpected medical conditions. Communication in English & Spanish.
The property was clean and tidy.
Public parking was available nearby for rent.
The elevator was operational.
Wifi, flat screen TV, shower, bathroom and kitchen with fridge and microwave were working well.
The kitchen was well provided with kitchenware.
Bathroom was equipped with free toiletries and towels.
- This property itself is lovely however the area isn't safe for walking after dark.
- 4 beds in one large open plan room.
- Steps inside the room - around the kitchen and into bathroom.
- Our apartment windows were all looking into wall.

Me gustoó que estuviese cerca del centro para poder moverme.
Un poco de limpieza y mantenimiento no le vendria nada mal,se deberia de alguna manera especificar el tipo de zona que hay alrededor,no me pareció adecuada para ir con niños pequeños.
