Excellent accommodation in a fantastic location. In reality, it is much better than in the photos. The staff is very kind and helpful. Exceptionally clean. Highly recommended. If we come to Madrid again, we will definitely stay here again. Exceptional value for money.

The hygiene was impeccable - the room was cleaned every day and towels were changed every two days. The location couldn’t be better: right in the city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Although the accommodation is in the party district, the street is still quiet. The Prado is a 7-minute walk away. After we checked out, the landlord allowed us to leave our package until the afternoon.
My waist hurt a lot because of the hard bed. It was very cold in Madrid, there were few blankets, I was cold. The shower door was constantly falling apart.
