Located in Pacific Beach, this lovely house for $875 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Hosted by Pacific Beach Luxury. Located on a quiet street in North Pacific Beach, just 2 blocks to the beach, this newly remodeled spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home has it all for your family beach vacation! Large kitchen, central A/C, brand new bathrooms, garage and large yard with jacuzzi, BBQ, putting green and outdoor seating for relaxing with the ocean breeze and California sun. We provide all the beach gear and baby gear for your little ones! Professionally cleaned using enhanced cleaning protocols. For sleeping arrangements, we have 4 huge bedrooms, with a king size bed in each room, except for one bedroom that has 2 twin beds, perfect for kids. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep up to 8 adults comfortably. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Our home is perfect for a three-generation family, 2 families vacationing together, or 3-4 couples who are looking for a great beach getaway! We just remodeled two full bathrooms and completely re-landscaped the backyard to add a jacuzzi, putting green, and lots of seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with drip, Keurig and Nespresso coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. We provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels. There are full size washer and dryer and detergent. Provided beach gear includes boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, beach toys, and wagon. Pack light if you are vacationing with little ones. We offer a crib, two pack 'n plays, one high chair, and single and double strollers. Parking are detached garage and free overnight street parking in front of the house. Internet speed is 500 Mbps. We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. So sorry that we cannot accommodate animals of any type due to health concerns among our staff and guests. For larger groups, we also have a separate 2 bedroom unit in the back available for 6 more people! The back unit is completely separate from the front house and there are no shared use of the backyard or beach equipment to maintain your privacy, but there is a gate we can open for guests who rent both units together. The Neighborhood: Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer. Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. Getting Around: Having a car is important to get around San Diego, but you can can walk to everything in Pacific Beach from this house. This house was very spacious and had all the amenities for a comfortable vacation. It’s just a block to the Ocean Walk biking/walking trail. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was recently remodeled and the private backyard was an added bonus with the hot tub & putting green. Our hosts were gracious & quick to respond to our questions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We went to visit our son who lives in CA. The house was in a perfect location and just the right size for our family. It had all the amenities needed to make our stay even better. Beds were super comfy and I loved the large shower near the primary bedroom. My son loved the mini golf area. Check in and check out was super easy. I would absolutely stay here again when we come back to the San Diego area.

This house is wonderful! The kitchen is very well stocked and the 3 king bedrooms were just what we needed for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The only problem we encountered was when we ran the hot tub and the AC unit at the same time (the weather was quite warm while we were there) it would blow the breaker.

Fabulous house and location. Plenty of beds and rooms for 7 adults. The spa and putting green were a hit along with all the beach equipment in the garage. Very quiet at night. Groceries within 2 miles and all attractions in SD 15-20 min at most. We had a great time!!

We had a fantastic stay with family ages 14-81! Plenty of space and comfortable spaces. I looked a long time to find a house that fit 9 people and had dining tables to fit all at one table. This house has 2-1 outdoor and 1 indoor. The kitchen has everything you would want. The back space is perfect for hanging out, eating, hot tubbing and golf! Thank you for a luxurious stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here for my niece's wedding in La Jolla. Great location, spacious, super clean and fully stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The home is immaculate!! The backyard is just as nice. We loved using the hot tub and the putting green. Very quiet neighborhood and a close walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in San Diego.

We stayed there with my in-laws. We had a 1, 7 & 9 year old. It was wonderful having all the strollers, highchair, crib and toys for the infant at hand without needing to fly with them. There were also a ton of books for the older kids. It was an easy walk to the beach, close proximity to tons of restaurants and a nice neighborhood. Already talking about going back in the summer.

Very enjoyable experience staying at the house. We had a wonderful time. It was nice to have stuff for my grandkids to use (high chair, toys, pack and play) so they could enjoy the vacation. It was also nice to have the stuff to use at the beach so we didn't need to find stuff.

Perfect place to stay near the beach in San Diego. 2 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Had all the conveniences of home (laundry, coffee and expresso machines, DVDs and internet access). Made even better with the provision of boogie boards and other items specially for the beach. Will book again if going to the city.

Being so close to the beach was outstanding! We didn’t have a car, but were able to get Lyft rides as we needed them. The house was Homey and comfortable. Grandkids 12 and 17, parents in their early 50s and grandpa in his late 70s all enjoyed the house and the neighborhood!

This place was absolutely perfect for us, our children, and grandchildren. It was well equipped and child proofed for our grandchildren ages 1,3,5,7 and allowed us grandparents private space. We would all love to go back!

Our family of 9, 8 adults and 1 child, spent an August week in this house. It was fantastic! The house is what it promises to be. The bedrooms are all a little bit separated which was great for privacy and quiet. It is fully set up for babies and children. The only thing we wished for was some throw blankets. The indoor hot tub is a little odd and we didn't use it as much as we would have if it had been outside. There were beach chairs, towels, and toys, with a wagon to haul it all to the beach, which is about 4 blocks away. There are also coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were friendly and obliging. We had a great trip!

This house was even better in person! I read several reviews before booking and many described how well this house was equipped and comfortable for kids and adults and this was 100% accurate! Myself, husband and two boys (11 and 3) as well as in laws all stayed here and there was plenty of space for us all! The location was excellent with dining in walking distance or short drive away. Same with the beaches...so close! If we needed a house of this size, we would return here in a heartbeat! Beds were comfortable, and we really had everything we needed! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful stay!
