Primarily its location, though entry road is a bit congested and signage not big enough to capture one’s attention.
Narrow entry lane, which can easily be missed on first entry.

Nice cozy apartment...a big apartment actually..tasty and economical food too is served there
Parking staff was a bit hostile..didnt help us to park and they were a bit arrogant..

Every apartment that I stayed in was beautifully decorated with great lighting. All amenities worked. Staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast is delicious. Great views from the fourth floor. There were enough towels.
I moved rooms 3 times because of other guests smoking and vaping inside. The air inside is unbreathable because of the smoke and no way to open windows to air out the space. They smoked all day and night. I was sick and go not sleep because of this. I checked out early because of it. I would not recommend this place for people with small children because of indoor air pollution.
