Very clean property, and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Shiva at reception, who consistently went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. He was always approachable, friendly, and had a great sense of humour, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The restaurant was decent overall, but there were some inconsistencies. While the food was good, it didn’t quite live up to some of the reviews we had read, and the breakfast buffet seemed to decline slightly over the course of our stay. Service could also be quite slow. On one occasion, we waited around 30 minutes for two orange juices. These were relatively minor issues, and hopefully they’ll improve over time.

The location and the neat and compact nature of the room.
In this property there is no option to select a room without breakfast. Since I was leaving early morning,I could not have the breakfast. So I had paid for a facility which I did not want. There should be an option to select a room without breakfast and the costs not catered for in the room rate.
