Two upstairs bedrooms each have Queen sized beds; a private half bath is included with the master bedroom while a full bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom. Downstairs a bedroom with Double and Single beds is adjacent to the second full bathroom. The Four Seasons sunroom provides an inviting area to read, relax, socialize and dine in comfort while enjoying views of the ocean and dunes framed by Monterey Cypress trees. The kitchen includes a gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, immersion blender. Well-stocked kitchen cabinets provide an array of place settings, glasses, flatware, cookware (assorted pots, pressure cooker, slow cooker, seasoned cast iron skillets, roasting pans), bakeware. Basic supplies (sugar, flour, olive and canola oil, butter, eggs, etc.), Peet's whole bean coffee, and an assortment of spices and herbs are provided allowing guests to prepare economical home cooked meals without having to purchase many supplementary items.
