Stylish beach house located one street back from the turquoise waters of Geographe Bay and less than a 10 minute walk through the peaceful peppermint trees to town. The ultimate location.....
Freshly renovated and beautifully furnished this 2 storey house is flooded with natural light and set amongst mature peppermint trees. Relax on the balcony sipping a glass of wine while looking through the tree tops.
Upstairs is a large light filled open plan kitchen, living, dining designed to deliver relaxed entertaining. 65 inch television and reverse cycle air conditioning unit. Expansive balcony with bar table and seating for 6 to relax and unwind. Wide external staircase leads down to large fully enclosed lawn area, BBQ and cabana with outdoor dining setting for 8. Outdoor shower to wash that beach sand off.
Full kitchen facilities including large Smeg oven, Bosch dishwasher, quality glassware, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and all the items necessary to cook up a feast.
Upstairs is the master bedroom including king size bed and stylish ensuite.
Downstairs are 2 further bedrooms, one queen room and a large bunk room including a quality double bed. Bathroom with separate toilet. Large second living area with additional 65 inch television give space and separation to ensure comfort of all guests. Wood fire with wood provided to keep you warm in the cooler months.
All beds and mattresses are of superior quality ensuring you get a good nights rest to enjoy your holiday.
High speed internet and Netflix.
Fully equipped laundry.
Large 2 car fully secure garage with dart board.
No pets or leavers.
Strictly no smoking.
Service fee includes cleaning and linen/towels for 6 people. The property can accommodate a maximum of 9 people. An extra linen fee will apply if all beds are required to be made up.
50 percent deposit required for December, January, school holiday, Easter and long weekend bookings.
Minimum stay requirements:
Christmas and New Year - 7 nights
Easter - 4 nights

Great house and location, walking distance to town but in a quiet area that only gets local traffic and is V close to the beach / shops.Well set up for the family (or if you have a boat), boat ramp just down the road (heaps of space for parking etc) and great downstairs area with separate TV/living area.House has absolutely everything, only downside is I kept waking everybody up in the morning because I think its a timber floor between levels (not a major).Would absolutely stay there again.

This is a comfortable and spacious house, plenty of room for 6 of us, well equipped and in a good location, walking distance to the beach and shops. Would choose to stay here againKate 24/10/2020
