Lovely house,great location and facilities for young and older adults(bb ring,cricket pitch,tt table all hits),bedrooms/beds really comfortable,large living space and places to escape to (front porch,rooftop area). Had a wonderful,relaxing stay with family and friends.

Near town and beach, liked the fact that we had coffee pods, good tv, plenty of storage places, things like sugar, vinegar, salt/pepper and other things were there. Everything clean on arrival. Plenty of things for the young kids to do e.g. table tennis, play area.only concerns were lack of toilet locks (minor). Over the Christmas period bins were a problem but that is Dunsborough at Christmas and we have it every year.Would recommend it to any group of two/three families with children. The best we have stayed in in seven or eight Christmas visits.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Whilst the stay was great, the condition on the outside of the house was a little disappointing. Noone had bothered to blower vac the backyard or surrounds of the property. In the garage one of the roof sheets was missing and needs repair. One of the 45 Kg gas bottles was empty. The cooktop only one burner works properly, the other 3 burners either fail to ignite or are starving of gas. One of the remotes to operate one of the bedrooms ceiling fans was flat, therefore the ceiling fan was unable to be turned on. There was no spare in the place. The LED lights on the rooftop area, only half of them work. The bins were still full of the previous Tennent's rubbish. There is a major trip hazard in the garage from a steel loop embedded in the concrete floor. The property needs TLC which I'm sad to say has been neglected. I still not received a deposit refund, yet I vacated the property 4 days ago. The property in its current state I would not recommend t anyone as I don't believe the money valve is there. The owner and you are quick to take the cash yet, more money should be spent on maintenance.
