Second bedroom has 2 double beds and a single bed. Each bedroom has a full bath to help with sharing. Fully functional kitchen with cooking and table wares. You view the Laguna Madre, Kennedy Causeway and the Packery Channel from the living room, master bedroom and two outdoor decks. Keep your boat in the water moored at one of the docks out back (within 20 feet of the back door) or just enjoy the sun and coastal environment. You and the kids can fish along the bulkhead under the lights at night. Take a kayak adventure (starting at our dock) on the Packery Channel and the surrounding coastal flats area where fishing and birding can be very productive. Windsurfing the SE tradewind, bird watching, migratory waterfowl hunting, and water skiing are also regular outdoor opportunities in the Laguna. There is a pool shared by the residents of Puente Vista for an afternoon freshwater swim. 3 mile drive to the Gulf of Mexico Beach at Padre Balli Park (Surfing), the Packery Channel Jetties (Fishing & Snorkeling) or to the Bob Hall Pier (Fishing or eat/drink at the restaurant/bar) in 5 minutes. Walk out onto the deck for spectacular evening views of the Laguna Madre, JFK Causeway and sunsets. There is a King-size bed and full bath with a 5' shower and flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The master sliding glass door looks out to the bay (Laguna Madre). A Full-size bed plus a full bottom and single top bunk bed in the front bedroom (all have complete mattress) with full bath and tub, HDTV and deck. Bed linens and bath towels are included. All bedrooms and the living room each have a walkout deck area with sliding glass door access. There are well maintained coin Washers and Dryers (albeit hot in the summer time) in the central recreation/pool/party area. So You can swim while doing the laundry. There is a parking area to store your boat trailer or extra vehicle on site. Fish cleaning station with freshwater washdown at the waters edge on our dock. The Packery Channel provides an open waterway pass for boat access to the Gulf of Mexico (appx 3 miles from the condo – 10 minute boat ride) between the Packery jetties. The jetties can be a productive fishing spot to target Seatrout, Sheepshead, Drum, Tarpon, Snook, King and Spanish Mackerel and the ever-popular Redfish...plus the beach is right there for strolling with the family when you aren't fishing. Drive to the Gulf of Mexico Beach in 5-minutes or to the Corpus Christi marina/Lexington Ship Museum/CC minor league baseball Whataburger Field all with in 20-minutes. Port Aransas is a 30-minute drive north through the islands highway via 361. The National Seashore Park is a 20-minute drive south via P22 on Padre Island.
