During the day, the master bedroom opens up to the living area, providing you with a perfect gulf view. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and is ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the stunning scenery. You can start your day by sipping coffee while watching the sunrise from the comfort of your bed, balcony, kitchen, couch, or even on the beach. When you're not relaxing in luxury, take a dip in the heated swimming pool or soak in the hot tub located in the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Surrounded by tropical plants and the calls of island birds, this oasis is the perfect place to unwind. You can also challenge your friends to a game of Pickleball. The best part? With just a quick elevator ride to the first floor, you can access the sandy beach with a mile-long seawall and the ocean waves. GULFSTREAM COMPLEX FEATURES -Heated swimming pool -Hot tub -Poolside loungers, tables and chairs area -Gas grills located at pool area -Pickleball -Cornhole CLEAN BED PROMISE -Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME! -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -One-night minimum Mon-Thurs. Two-night minimum Fri-Sun. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -NOT PET FRIENDLY. The owner was there to greet us and show the condo. He left snacks and water in the fridg. We had a great time . Thank you for all the hospitality.

The stay was alright, however the ice maker did not work, we had to purchase our own ice, although the owner offered to bring ice but we had already purchased the ice. the garbage disposal did not work, we had one day that the tv was not working and the rental owner had to come by to fix it. The owner kept apologizing for all these mishaps but a discount offered would have been nice.

Very clean, and a great view of the water. Clean grounds, and well maintained. Friendly staff, and the view of the gulf was outstanding. Short walk to beach, and plenty of boardwalk if you don’t want to get in the sand. Overall, great experience!

We loved our stay. The Seahorse Condo is beautiful. All amenities as listed. Our property manager went over and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. My favorite thing every day was watching the sunrise over the ocean. It was a perfect location. We will be back!

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed at in the gulf. We travel to the beach numerous times a year and everything was perfect! Professionally cleaned like nothing I’ve ever seen!

The room is exactly as it was advertised. The view from the living space and master bedroom are amazing. The best part was it is right on the beach. Will rent again on our next visit down there.

The view of the Gulf of Mexico was breathtaking from almost every place in the condo!!! We especially liked the moving wall closing off the master bedroom. What a clever idea that is!! With the wall pushed back during the daytime, we doubled the expanse of the floor-to-wall window view of the beach and water! We also loved the long deck & the up-to-date kitchen with its granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The fridge even had a water and ice dispenser (most condos don't)! My husband, daughter, and son-in-law enjoyed the beautiful condo as much as I did! We'll definitely be back!!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Mark was super easy to communicate with. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view or just looking out the windows at the ocean view. I love how convenient it is to get to the beach. Beds were comfortable, house was perfectly clean and they even left us some snacks. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We can't say enough about the views. We have a 7 and 9 year old and they loved all the windows and waking up to the waves. We even got an 85 degree day in February and made sand castles with the sand toys Mark had. He was communicative and the check in process even at 4am was easy!

My husband and I spent a long, lazy relaxing weekend at this amazing condo! The hosts have thought of everything. We watched the sun and moon rise each morning and night from either our bed or the balcony. The short walk to the beach was wonderful! The property was great. Pool and hot tub were super clean. The property workers were so happy and kind. We will definitely be back!!!!
