This three-bedroom rental is less than a mile south of the Delaware border, perfect for tax-free shopping! Just a mile down the road, there's Northside Park, a 58-acre complex with sports fields, a fishing lagoon, walking paths, and playgrounds. This home is also conveniently close to both shopping and dining with popular favorites like Crab Bag for all-you-can-eat crab and Fractured Prune for delicious create-your-own donuts! Featuring a rainbow of fun colors, this sunny and bright condo has family-friendly sensibilities as well as plenty of desirable, modern amenities including a well-equipped, fully stocked kitchen to prepare your family meals. The master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony access, and an attached full bath with a soothing Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall. The first guest room has a queen bed, while the third room has two double beds. With three bedrooms and two full baths, this rental sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Check your email and update your social media thanks to the complimentary WiFi. Keep up with all your favorite shows and movies on three cable TVs including one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The beach is steps away or head out to the sparkling pool during the summer months. Take the whole family down Fenwick Island, or stay in Ocean City and visit the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark for rides, games, waterslides, and tasty treats up and down Coastal Highway and the historic boardwalk. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. It is an upscale condo, with more amenities then advertised. It has plenty of room, we were able to set ip our tables and still had plenty of room. Its decorated so nice, the best of everything. This condo was perfect for me and my family, five of us in total. Very clean, well equipped, and only a short walk to the beach! Parking under the building was excellent to avoid roasting your car during the day. The furniture throughout was in excellent condition, just recently replaced in 2021. The whole complex was very well kept and quiet, perfect at night when you want to relax! All in all an excellent location, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Great Beach Rental
This unit is vary spacious and well maintained. It is about a 200 yard walk to the waters edge and is in a quiet part of town. The master bedtoom is separated from the other two bedrooms, so there's a buffer from the noise of grand children waking in the morning. The kitchen was well equipped in comparison to other rentals we've had at OC. This was our first rental with Vacasa and it was fine. It wasn't until we arrived that we found out there was a storage unit which had some beach gear. I specifically asked Vacasa about this before the trip and was told there was no beach gear provided. It would have made packing a lot easier if I didn't have to bring chairs, umbrellas, etc, No biggie but the added info would have helped.

The pictures don't do this condo justice! It's much larger than the pictures make it feel. It has immediate access to the beach and plenty to do within walking distance to keep the kids entertained. We're already planning our next trip back.

We loved the property and would stay again. We were surprised that the pool was closed when we arrived (due to COVID lockdown). It would have been nice if we had been alerted to this prior to our arrival so our expectations would have been realistic.

Overall things were great with just a few minor problems. the instructions for entry into the condo were incorrect. there wasn't a lock box with a key for the door it had a key pad which was much better. No pot holders or dish towels minor but needed. was there any comments about how we left the condo on check out. thanks we would return there again. Never saw or met any manager thats why the low rating.
