Les chambres étaient propres et l’équipement confortable. Nous n’avons pas apprécié ne pas être accueillis par un humain. Devoir se débrouiller pour savoir comment avoir accès à nos chambres a été déplaisant et avoir, quand nous avons dû appeler pour obtenir des explications, un accueil peu chaleureux à augmenter notre inconfort.
Ne pas être accueilli par une vraie personne. J’ai du aider d’autres clients à avoir accès à leur chambre. À part l’acceuil déplaisant sans humain, c’est un bon motel.

Confort, lit, douche, propreté…. Grande chambre avec lit king
Nous aurions aimé savoir que la chambre était au sous-sol, que c’était avec entrée autonome…
