Small room but well appointed, nice bathroom, quiet - silent for sleeping. Staff (Catharine) was lovely. Gave a us a tour, double checked we were not parked illegally. Felt very welcome. The setting within the old home is gorgeous.
Pillows could have been better - but I am picky. Coffee was meh, but had instant coffee as well and it was good.

The facilities were good and clean. Also, the bed and room were comfortable and cozy
It was a lot of noise because there was a bar on the first floor. It looks like the bar's customers are more important than people who rent the rooms. I would note that the music stopped until 3 am in the morning. I think they should reduce the price because it is a huge problem and because you can rent a better and quieter room for 10 dollars more elsewhere.
