Absolutely sparkling clean! Louise was so welcoming when we arrived and during our stay, and also quickly answered the queries I had beforehand. The property is only a 5 minute walk to the centre along the promenade. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. This included Louise’s new toy - a 3-speed fan/light above the bed which must have been invaluable over the recent hot summer. There was also a small fridge, which was restocked every day with a bottle of milk. The breakfast included everything- sausage, egg, bacon, toast etc. A good start to the day. We can totally recommend Gresham.

The location was perfect, Beach across the road and easy walk to town and nearby attractions.
Wonderful breakfast each morning, more than ample.
Rooms are clean, fresh, and tastefully decorated and equipped with everything one would need for a weeks break.
Host Louise and staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. Greeted every morning by a happy, bright and cheerful host to start your day is a blessing!
