I had a very comfortable couple of day's stay. The room was lovely, the bathroom was very clean, and the service in the dining room was attentive and made me feel welcome.
It's not really a complaint as it's not really something I care about that much, but when I did try to use the TV it didn't seem to be working properly. Most likely user error, but wasn't something that dampened the experience.

Breakfast was standard, mushrooms were disgusting, but the rest was fine.
Room 15, ridiculous. Getting to it up an almost vertical staircase, so narrow, trying to carry a holdall, totally, totally, unacceptable. Health and safety need to take a serious look at that.
