The location seemed convenient, particularly for skiing as the hotel is very close to the lift, but for us the overall standard and amenities were well below expectations for a four-star hotel.
Unfortunately, this hotel was quite disappointing for a four-star property.
The room and breakfast were both very basic, and we were surprised by the lack of amenities we would normally expect at this level. There were no standard coffee-making facilities in the room, and a kettle was available only with a deposit. There was also a deposit mentioned for a better hairdryer, although a very basic one was provided in the room. These small things made the overall experience feel much more like a budget hotel than a four-star stay.
The cot provided for our baby was also broken. As we were staying only one night, we mentioned it at checkout mainly so it would not be given to another family. To his credit, the receptionist handled this well and kindly waived our parking fee as compensation.

Great location and AMAZING kid facilities with playground and playroom.
It was very hot and when we had the windows open it was very loud and bright because of construction next door.
